Aid & Assist was established in 1983.
The project operates in the Waveney area and provides
many services to the community.

We operate from a retail outlet at
54 High Street, Lowestoft, and are a
furniture and household items re-use project.

Our aim is to recieve good quality, unwanted items and sell them at affordable prices to members of the public.
Items are sourced from individuals disposing of them and donating them to the project.
All donations must conform to current
regulations and be in a reasonable/resaleable condition.
We are unable to accept goods that require major repairs/refurbishment.




We have a training workshop at Unit 3, Montana Place, Rotterdam Road,
Lowestoft, where we produce wooden
products for sale to the general public.

We also provide a Quality Assured Maintenance and House Repair
Service at Competitive Rates.




We offer a free collection service within Waveney area.

We also offer free delivery on purchases
over £20 and within the Lowestoft area.
There is a minimum charge for delivery of
items lower than £20 or outside of the
Lowestoft area.
