IT HAS COME TO THE PARISH COUNCIL'S ATTENTION THAT THERE IS AN INCREASE IN DOG FOULING ON FOOTPATHS.  COULD ALL OWNERS PLEASE TAKE THEIR DOG LITTER HOME OR PLACE IN THE APPROPRIATE DOG BIN.
