I received this information from a person who is an employee of the Prison Service and although this may seem a little bit out of the ordinary, it is very important that we try to protect ourselves and be aware at all times.

I know it talks about women being attacked but it is worth remembering that Men get attacked too, and it is useful for all people to know how to protect themselves.

This is not a way to not get attacked, but it is a way of trying to prevent it.
