Scarecrow Week (extended)

Saturday 26th May - Tuesday 5th June

A 'Royal' theme (past & present), so put your thinking caps on now!

Queens Diamond Jubilee Celebration

Tuesday 5th June (daytime)

The Community Council decided to postpone the biennial Village Fair from 2012 to 2013 because it would clash with the Olympics. As it is also the year of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, it was thought possible to combine the two events by staging some Village 'Olympics' along with an (off) Street Party!, plus celebrate the end of Scarecrow Week.

Full details to follow ....

If you have any other ideas on how we could celebrate the event on 5th June, please contact a CC member.
