We are a largely volunteer organisation providing transport facilities in the Beccles and Bungay area.  Our funding is provided by Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils, South Norfolk District Council and Social Services Departments of both Counties. 

Day-to-day administration activities are carried out by a manager, Debbie Blowers, and a dial-a-ride administrator, Caroline Barton. Receiving passenger requests and allocating them to drivers is the responsibility of the co-ordinator, Keith Heward.  Assisting in all of these tasks is Alison Heward.

Overall management and policy making is carried out by a committee of up to fifteen members.

Our offices are in Bungay at Harmony House, Hillside Road East, just to the side of Rainbow, where you can visit us to talk about your transport needs or about becoming a volunteer driver.
