Journey times vary according to demand.  Passengers are advised of their approximate pick up and arrival times during the afternoon prior to travel.

Journeys may be booked between one and seven days in advance and places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Please bear in mind if you use the service for shopping there is only limited space on the minibus for carrier bags or a shopping trolley.  Also, please do not travel with shopping that is too heavy for you to carry yourself as our volunteer drivers may not be able to assist with heavy bags.
