Dick Whittington was this year's pantomime.  Ted Poole continued organising the stage furniture and property and also took on the acting role of the ship's Captain.  Stan Ford assisted Bill Smith with the scenery changes.  We were very grateful that Bill was still able to continue as he had moved to Barham. Sadly, this was to be Bill's final year as he and his wife were to move to Cornwall.  Keith Phillips joined us with his amplification techniques and Cynthia Cripps continued with the music.  The profit from this year's pantomime was used to cover the cost of the replacing the backdrops with fireproof hession. 

The cast in order of appearance were David Phillips, Peter Bingham, Mary Naunton, Helen Smart, Elizabeth Feltwell, Sue Ward, Ted Poole, Marilyn Francis and Kevin Bennett.  Melvyn Prior was the Narrator.
