This is the playing Field at Blaxhall, of which the village is very proud, it's on this that we hold the annual village fete and the vegetable show which will take place on Saturday August 18th this year starting at 2.30pm.
There  will be all the usual stalls of , bottles, cakes, white elephant, tombola, crafts, produce, etc also lots of side shows, teas and homemade cakes will be on sale in the village hall.

Tickets for the large draw will be on sale before and on the day from members  of the fete committee.

This picture shows a group of young people form all over Suffolk who hired the village hall last year for  training and bonding sessions, this was one of the session, from the noise while this picture was beinging  taken they were certainly enjoying themselves.

Blaxhall Playing Field Committe organize a great bonfire for November, when most villagers turn out to enjoy the donated fireworks, these  are let off  form the far end of the field for every body's enjoyment and safety, when these are over we all retire to the village hall for tea, coffee, beer and hot dogs,  a great evening was had by all.
