This is the playing Field at Blaxhall of which the village is very proud.  The Annual Village Fete and Vegetable Show is held here every year.
There are all the usual stalls of, bottles, cakes, white elephant, tombola, crafts, produce, etc also lots of side shows, teas and homemade cakes will be on sale in the village hall.


This picture shows a group of young people from all over Suffolk who hired the village hall last year for training and bonding sessions, this was one of the sessions, from the noise while this picture was being taken they were certainly enjoying themselves.

Blaxhall Playing Field Committe organize a great bonfire event in November, when most villagers turn out to enjoy the donated fireworks.  These are let off from the far end of the field for everyone's enjoyment and safety, when these are over we all retire to the village hall for tea, coffee, beer and hot dogs.
