HIRE DEPOSITS: A deposit is required for every piece of equipment hired which may be paid for by cash, cheque supported by a valid banker’s card or a current credit card. On completion of the hire we will refund your deposit less the hire charge.

IDENTIFICATION: When you hire please be ready to provide identification as requested such as driving licence or other personal documents.

HIRE CONSUMABLES: Abrasives, chemicals, personal protection equipment, saw blades and many other quality consumables are supplied on a sale or return basis so you only pay for those that you use.

SAFETY: Please take care when using equipment as you the hirer are responsible for ensuring your own and others safety. Read and follow all instructions. Wear personal protection equipment (PPE) as directed.

FREE RESERVATIONS: You may reserve equipment in advance free of charge, just telephone, email or call in to either depot.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION: A delivery and collection service is available throughout Suffolk. A rate of £8 for up to 5 miles from a depot then 50p per mile will be charged. For diggers and small plant the charge is £12 then 50p per mile. One off rates can be arranged and these rates can be changed at any time.

AVAILABILITY: While we make every effort to ensure our equipment is available for hire, we cannot guarantee supply. Please contact us to check availability, and to reserve equipment in advance at your depot of choice.

MINIMUM CHARGE: A minimum charge for hire of any equipment is £5 plus VAT.

EXTRA CHARGES: All petrol and diesel used will be charged for at the current rate. Any blades which are broken or have excessive wear will be charged for. Diamond blades are charged by the millimetre used. Cutting discs are priced according to size. A re-forging charge of £2.50 will be raised for each breaker steel used

CLEANING: We do not expect returned items to be spotless but they must be fit for use by other customers, if not we will raise the following cleaning charges, £30 per hour, minimum charge £5. For disposal of rubbish a £10 charge will be raised.
