There is no registration fee to join ‘Christian House and Church Swap’. 

We need to charge an exchange fee for administration, but this is only applicable if, and when we find you a holiday house-swap.      
Until then—no charge!

(We do not circulate lists of contact details, even to registered members. Instead we make all the initial contacts on your behalf, when you have given us your choices.  This makes it easier for you, as well as being more secure.) 

                       >> The first time you house swap in the UK, the exchange fee is £40.

                     >>  If you house-swap again in the same year the exchange fee is £20   
         >>10% of the exchange fee will be credited to your home Church.

                              >>  There is no admin fee if you offer your home to be ‘house-sat’.

                              >> House-sitters* will be charged the normal admin fee of £40.     
       >>Admin fee for a ‘hospitality swap’* is £20.

              So, £40 for a one, two or three week holiday—has to be good value!

         Admin fee for a w/e or midweek swap, (up to 5 days) is £20
      Exchange fee for all house swaps outside the UK is £50.

                            Longer swaps can sometimes be negotiated.
