There is no registration fee to join ‘Christian House and Church Swap’. 

We need to charge an exchange fee for administration, but this is only applicable if, and when we find you a holiday house swap.   Until then—no charge!
                                    

Administration Fees (same for UK and outside the UK)

               >> The first time you house swap :- £40. 
 

         >> For subsequent house-swaps in the same year :- £20   

            >> Short-break house-swaps (2/3 nights) :- £15

      >> Hospitality* swap :- £20

 

      >> There is no fee if you offer your home to be ‘house-sat’.

   >>  House-sitters* will be charged the normal admin fee of £40. 
      

      >> 10% of all fees are credited to the charity 'STOW'

             So, £40 for a one, two or three week holiday—has to be good value!
                     
Longer house-swaps can sometimes be arranged.
