HOUSE SWAPPING:- HOW IT WORKS

-On request we will send you the registration form.
This asks for information about your property, relevant for potential house-swappers. e.g.:-number of bedroomavailable, whether or not your home is suitable for children; we will ask about your garden, pets, your immediate locality, its sports and other amenities, and about your church.

2- To register with ‘Christian House and Church Swap’, you just need to fill in and return the registration form. This can be by post or email.

3- On receipt of this, and from the information that you give us, we write a description of your property which is identified by a reference number.

4- We then contact your church leader just to ask him/her to verify their knowledge of you. (This is for everyone’s peace of mind.)

5- We enter your property description onto the online brochure.
     This is regularly updated as new people register.  

6- Properties are identified by their reference number only. 
Addresses & other contact details are never included, or circulated for any reason

6-We ask you to browse the brochure and let us know which of the properties interest you for a house swap holiday. Then we contact those people on your behalf to ask if they are interested in a swap with you.

7- - When there is mutual interest in a house swap, we release names and addresses to both parties for you to make contact with each other to finalise plans. We shall also ask you to send us the exchange fee, 10% of which will be credited to your home church.
