Church Farm is a beautiful 450 year old oak beamed Suffolk
farmhouse, set in the heart of Suffolk.The house has delightful
views across the Deben Valley and over to the village church. The
rose filled patio overlooks the rolling lawns and the pretty
gardens. A warm welcome awaits guests inside - thereis
a wood burner in the sitting room and, downstairs there
is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, whilst upstairs
there are two twin bedded rooms and separate bathroom.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a child's cot
and high chair available on request. Evening
meals can be arranged Church farm B&B has been
awarded three stars by the AA along with a red
diamond award (as recognition, being in the top 10% of
B&Bs in that grade). The Farm also appears in the

.
The lodge is set next to trees and across from the farmhouse and is
equipped to a four star ETB standard. It is designed to
sleep up to six persons .
There is decking to the front of the lodge .
The Lodge is used on a bed and breakfast basis

Kettleburgh is close to the
RSPB
Nature Reserve at Minsmere with its nature trails and
bridwatching hides. Church Farm provides an excellent base for
birdwatchers!
We are also close to the Famous Suffolk coast town of
Aldeburgh, Framlingham and Orford castles and of course
Snape Maltings, home
of the Aldeburgh Music
Festival.
