Step 1: You contact us by email, phone or post with:

  1. Measurements in millimetres of the surface/s which you would like tiled (height and width) .
  2. If possible a photograph, technical drawing or just a short description of the area where the panel will eventually be installed, including any fittings/cupboards etc surrounding it.
  3. A short description of the type of theme & style you'd like the design to be painted in.
  4. Any photos/pictures/images from your own collection which you would like to include in the design.
  5. Your base tile preferences (standard sizes are 100 x 100mm, 130 x 130mm, 150 x 150mm, 100 x 200mm, 200 x 200mm, 200 x 250mm) we are able to fire ceramic tiles upto 280mm in length.
  6. Your colour choice for the design stating whether you would like it painted in tones of a single colour or as a full colour design.

If you would like help or advice with any of the above please don't hesitate to call us or email us, we are very happy to offer friendly guidance or suggestions where needed.

Step 2: We confirm tile choices with you and send you a sketch proposal of the design along with a quotation.
(If you'd like further, more detailed, or colour sketches a small charge may be made for these).

Step 3: If you are happy with the quotation and would like to place an order we will give you an estimated delivery time for the tiles and ask for a deposit.
Your design will then be hand painted onto your chosen tiles using professional on-glaze ceramic paints and kiln fired to permanently fix the artwork so it can be admired and enjoyed for many, many years to come! The remainder of the balance will be payable prior to delivery of your tiles or on our installation of them if this option is chosen.
