Here's how the bespoke process
works.....
Step
1: You contact us by
email, phone or post with details of your bespoke tile
ideas:

What you'd like painted on the tiles.
- Measurements of the area/s to be
tiled.
- Which type of base tile you'd
prefer.
We have a wide range of base
tiles to choose from, in different sizes, styles and shades, and
are happy to post out a free plain tile sample or two so
you can see the quality of our tiles first hand before placing an
order.
If
you would like help or advice with any of the above please don't
hesitate to call us or email us, we are very happy to offer
friendly guidance or suggestions where needed.
Step
2: We'll email, or
send you, a free sketch of your bespoke tile design
along with a quotation.
(If you'd like further, more detailed, or colour sketches a small
charge may be made for these).
Step
3: We confirm tile
choices with you and give you an estimated delivery time for the
tiles, if you are happy with the quotation and would like to place
an order we will ask for a 50% deposit payment and then book you
into our painting schedule.
Your design will then be hand painted onto your chosen tiles using
professional on-glaze ceramic paints and kiln fired to permanently
fix the artwork so it can be admired and enjoyed for many, many
years to come! The remainder of the balance will be payable on
delivery of your tiles.
