How do we support you?
Our support package is second to none. Because
we know that you need help every step of the way we have made sure
that our user manual is written in everyday language with no
jargon.
Ro Williams, our Business Support Manager, has extensive experience
in teaching and mentoring small business owners. She will
help you with your website and you can contact her at any time
(within reason!!). If you need advice on the registration of a
domain name

www.anything.co.uk) or e-mail
addresses she can help you sort it out.
Once you have decided that you would like us to provide your
website, we will help you choose the design and layout that is
right for your business. We will then provide you with a
username and password to enable you to access and maintain your
site at any time.
We will create your site with your words and pictures (or if
you prefer we can get someone to write it for you). When the
site is complete, we will hand it over to you and you can carry out
any maintenance yourself using the manual. There are no
further maintenance charges unless you want us to do it for
you. Can it get any better?
As part of our support, we will also provide you with information
on how to get found on Google or one of the other search
engines.
