We are delighted to announce that Oakleigh fairs has been re-appointed by Tastes of Anglia to organise its premier event – Feast East – at Chilford Hall for them. They are therefore working in association with and on behalf of Tastes of Anglia. We believe last year went well with an increase in visitors of approximately 15%.

We have listened to many of you who have requested that we make this a full weekend show and we will do this. The plan is now to be to open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

So here is a summary of the changes:

• The show will now be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday morning will be trade only with the public invited for the rest of Friday and the whole weekend
• Set up will be either Thursday afternoon or early Friday morning and everyone will have to be ready to trade by 10am
• The show will be open from 10am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and close at 5pm on Friday and Saturday and 4pm on Sunday
• The Cookery Demonstration marquee will remain where it was and be as busy as ever – if anyone wants to volunteer to do a cookery demonstration or a wine tasting then please let us know, or if you can recommend anyone we can add to our already busy programme
• We will maintain and where possible increase levels of marketing and advertising that were instigated by us for 2011

Tastes of Anglia members will have exclusive booking until 5^th January and then after that date we will open up bookings to non-members (while of course encouraging them to join). We look forward to hearing from you shortly.
