Meeting times
Meetings of The Parish Council are held each month, generally on the last Wednesday of the month. Meetings are open to the public.
Meetings now start at 6.45. They are no longer preceded by an open forum but members of the public can speak for a designated length of time on agenda items at the discretion of the Chairman, the Meeting being closed at the appropriate time for this purpose.
Separate Planning and Amenities meetings are held as necessary and as advertised on the notice boards.
Meetings are normally held at the Methodist Church Hall in Carlton Colville at the corner of Shaw Avenue and Lowestoft Road.

Information relating to Parish Council can be found on the notice boards at Famona Road, Ribblesdale and outside the Rainbow Supermarket on Ashburnham Way.

There are currently four vacancies for Parish Councillors and any person interested in being a Parish Councillor is welcome to contact the Parish Council for information. The main requirements are an interest in the local community and the time available to attend the meetings each month.
