Chantry
Residents Association is based at 26 Lavender Hill, Ipswich IP2
0NB.
We are organised and run by a volunteer residents committee
comprising of Chair, Secretary and Treasurer who are elected
yearly.
The committee organise functions for the Chantry community we also
instigate local projects and community ventures.
We lease the property on Lavender Hill from Ipswich
Borough Council on a peppercorn rent which we have made into
our head quarters, a community shop and a small social drop in
centre for more on this please visit our page titled 'The
Shop'
We hold a monthly surgery with the local Beat Officers and area
Councillors which is held on Saturday mornings at The Community
Shop.
