CHEDISTON ART GROUP SAY: We meet for three terms a year, each term being about 10 lessons. We meet on Wednesday mornings from 10-12.15 . Basically we try to have 4 "master classes" a term, and the other 6 days we do our own work, and try to help each with constructive criticism and observations! Mo Willis (tel: 872575) is in charge. There are 16 paid up members, and we have a waiting list of 2. Although most of us do watercolours, others enjoy using acrylics, and two or three do oils. We also have had lessons in using charcoal. We hold a three-day exhibition and sale over the Easter weekend.
BLYTH VALLEY RINGERS SAY: Maggie Wolverson is the Tower Captain. Practice
nights are Tuesday evenings from 7.30 to 9.00 p.m. and ringing is at 9.00a.m. for 9.30 a.m. Sunday service at Halesworth. We are now styling ourselves as the Blyth Valley Ringers and have polo shirts with BV Team logo and a bell!!
