Clopton Village Hall is an excellent venue for many activities.  The hall is large, light and airy with doors leading directly from the main hall to outside grass lawn area.  The hall also has a stage. There is easy access and parking.

 

The numbers that can be accommodated in the hall at any one time are as follows:

Seated at tables           100                                                     

Dancing & Tables         150

Closely seated              150

Dancing only                 200

 

The hall is very inexpensive to hire and there is a 25% discount for Clopton residents.

 

Hall hire prices vary depending on the time and day required.  Below are some examples

 

Weekend Wedding                                          £120

Children’s Party Weekday before 5pm            £30

Children’s Party Weekend before 5pm            £40

Private Party/Dance on a weekday                 £50

Private Party/Dance at a weekend                  £75

 

There is also a small committee room which can be hired from £15.

 

For Commercial or Political hire one off bookings the hire prices are :

Morning or Afternoon       £60

After 7pm                          £80

All day                               £150

 

The hall is also available for regular hire for classes etc.
