I was elected as a Liberal Democrat Member to Babergh District Council in May 2003.

I represent the Ward of Dodnash which consists of the Parishes of Bentley and East Bergholt.

I serve on the Strategy Committee and the e-Government, Procurement and Service, and CAST Task Groups. I am a member of the Hadleigh Swimming Pool Steering Group.

I also represent Babergh District Council on the Suffolk Development Agency Limited, East Bergholt Dual Use Sports Centre Management Committee and the Idaway (East Bergholt) Support Group.  I was previously on the Suffolk County Council Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee, but am no longer eligible for this ~ I do retain a strong interest in Health matters.
