I am 64 years old, retired from a career in financial services and married to Carolyn. 
We have lived in Bures St Mary for 19 years.

.I was elected as a Conservative Member to Babergh District Council in May 1999.

I represent the Ward of Bures St Mary which consists of the Parishes of Bures St Mary,
Little Cornard and Newton.

I am a member of the Development Committee (which deals with planning applications) and vice-chairman of the Licensing and Appeals Committees at Babergh.

I am also one of two Babergh representatives on the Dedham Vale and Stour Valley Project Joint Advisory Committee.
