The Parish Council oversees certain areas of the running of the
village. We represent the parishioners and endeavour to look out
for the interests of those who live in our village. In general we
meet bi monthly although planning applications make more frequent
meetings necessary, as there is a limited response time. The Parish
Council is ultimately responsible for the running of the village
hall and recreation ground. In Crowfield we have a very able, and
committed, committee which undertakes some of this task for us.
The dates of our meetings are posted on the notice boards situated
on the village hall and the bus shelter. Members of the public are
welcome to attend our meetings.
If you have any subject that you would like to bring to the
attention of the Parish Council, please feel free to contact our
Parish Clerk: Lynne Rowe on 01449 760477.
If there are planning matters, in which, you have a special
interest, please contact our Parish Clerk or Mid Suffolk District
Council for more
information.
