Darsham Parish Council meetings are held at the village hall on the second Tuesday of the month, starting at 7.30.pm., with the exception of the months of August and December.

The Annual Parish Meeting is held in the month of April, immediately following the monthly parish council meeting.

The agenda of the forthcoming meeting and the minutes of the previous meeting are displayed on the parish notice board.
