Elmswell Amenties Association is a registered charity no. 304879.
The association is generally supportive of community clubs and activities and has 3 more specific roles:

1. Autumn Fayre

The Autumn Fayre is held on the first Sunday in September at Blackbourne Meadow.

Community organisations are well represented and their efforts raise many thousands of pounds for their own use.

There are many commercial stalls, a fun fair, car boot and much more.

2. Memorial Library & Memorial Garden

The association owns the Memorial Library & garden sites in Cooks Road.

The library is leased to Suffolk County Council.

The garden is maintained by community volunteers.

3. Elmswell Newsletter

The Elmswell Newsletter is published on the 1st Friday of every month and distributed free of charge to 1600 households and businesses in the village.
It is edited and distributed entirely by volunteers and funded by advertising.
