EYE &
DISTRICT TWINNING ASSOCIATION
The Association seeks to establish co-operation between nations in
a spirit of reciprocal friendship and mutual understanding,
with the aim of fostering individual and community interest and
exchanges. In particular, the Association promotes the relationship
with Eye’s twin town,
Pouzauges, in
the Vendee region of France, arranging exchange
visits and other joint activities. The Association welcomes
enquiries from anyone interested to know more about Eye’s twinning
activities, and out twin town of Pouzauges.

Eye Music Day Committee - The committee
organizes the annual Music Day event and is presently planning and
raising funds for Music Day ’05 which will feature a Free Music
Event plus Football Match and Car Boot Sales on the Town Moors
Recreation Ground. Proceeds from the event are donated to local
charities. The Committee holds meetings and fund raising events
throughout the year and welcomes anyone who is interested in

Eye Grammar Old Students' Association (EGOSA) -
The Association organises reunions for ex-pupils and staff of Eye
Grammar School, which closed in 1965. The Grammar School buildings
now house St Peter and Pauls Primary School, Eye. The last reunion
was held in June 2007 and the next will take place on 26th June

Suffolk Family History Society - The meetings
the Stradbroke & Eye Group of the SFHS are open to members
and other interested people from Eye and the surrounding
area.
