Paddock House is situated in the centre of the small market town of Eye.

There is easy access to the local shops, which includes a chemist, 2 supermarkets, baker and other specialist antique and gift shops.

The home comprises 30 single rooms all with en-suite facilities. Eighteen of the rooms are for frail elderly people, ten are designated for elderly people with special needs and the remaining two rooms are for short-term care for elderly people living in the community.

There are landscaped gardens to the front of Paddock House, which are wheelchair accessible and there is a courtyard garden to the rear of the home.

A bungalow in the grounds offers day care facilities.

The home provides various activities for residents on a regular basis and outings to local places of interest.
