1. To develop a Community Plan for Eye.


2. To develop and produce a budget for the plan and authorise/monitor expenditure.


3. To identify funding sources for the plan.


4. To use appropriate methods to consult and liaise with organisations and groups (both voluntary and statutory) who have an interest in the future of Eye.


5. To identify consultation and survey methods aimed at getting the view of the community on the future of Eye.


6. To analyse survey results and produce a plan which reflects and prioritises the community needs.


7. To hold appropriately timed meetings and report back to the residents and the Town Council on a regular basis using the Town Magazine and website amongst other methods.
