The Cornwallis Country Hotel is conveniently situated just off the
A140 near the picturesque villages of Brome and Eye. Facilities at
the hotel include 16 en-suite bedrooms, many with great views over
the hotel’s 20 acres of gardens and all are individual in their
design and shape.
Visitors' enjoyment starts with a drive down the quarter
mile approach to the main building which is lined on both
sides by lime trees, then a relaxing walk round the grounds which
includes a pond with a wooden foot bridge over the waterfall,
complete with ducks.
The Cornwallis Country Hotel combines modern facilities with a
historic setting. Visitors enjoy a marriage of excellent service
and high standards. This, combined with a friendly atmosphere
means that guests can relax and enjoy themselves.

Goode House is located down a quiet and secluded lane near the town
centre. It is surrounded by wild gardens and mature trees which
support a rich variety of birdlife. There is ample space for
off-road parking.
The town shops, the pub, restaurants and takeaway food outlets are
just a short walk away.
The tariff is £25 per person per night for two sharing, and £30 per
person per night for single occupation. A second double-bedded room
is also available with an adjacent, shared, bathroom, for which the
tariff is £20 per person per night for two sharing and £25 per
person per night for single occupation.
Collection, including luggage and bicycles, from local rail links
and bus stations can be arranged.
For the visitor, Eye offers country walks; cycle rides along quiet
lanes; and access to the Waveney Valley and the beautiful Suffolk
coast. Goode House is the ideal location for a short break or
longer stay.

Rookery House is a Grade 2 listed 17th
century detached and traditionally colour washed house, located in
the conservation area of the historic town of Eye. It is a few
minutes walk from the ruined castle, beautiful parish church and
shops.
