The Fressingfield Community Club
provides a well stocked bar, changing and storage facilities for
member organisations, as well as being home to the bowls club,
tennis club and Friendly Club. Adjoining it are tennis courts, a
football pitch, bowling green and a comprehensive children's play
area.
It now provides free membership to all
residents and sports club members.
The club is alive and well and welcomes enquiries for bookings for
meetings, parties, keep fit sessiona etc. Any enquiries should go
to Sally Hart, our Caretaker/Manager. Weekly club nights are
to be reinstated with effect from Friday 18 November, when the club
will be open to all from 7.30pm.

Fressingfield Bowls Club
We are a long established, friendly and thriving bowls club playing
both competitively, in leagues around North Suffolk, and
socially.
We welcome new and experienced bowlers.
If you would like to join please contact either of the above or
just turn up to our regular Tuesday afternoon roll-up which
commences at 1.45pm.
Our season runs from around mid April until mid September

Competitions
Inter-Village Sports. Annually, around 8 local
villages compete across a wide range of events in this good natured
competition. The activities extend beyond those provided by clubs
above and include athletics, swimming, as well as fun items. The
Playing Field Management Committee organise this event and teams of
competitors are drawn up by Committee members. A large number of
villagers old and young take part. Each village hosts it in turn
and this year it was Stradbroke's responsibility.
