VACANCY FOR THE
POSITION OF
ADMINISTRATION
ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST
Hadleigh Town
Council is seeking to employ an Administration
Assistant/Receptionist due to the retirement of the current post
holder.
The
Administration Assistant/Receptionist will be the first point of
contact for the Council and will deal with enquiries by telephone,
email and in person. The job also involves various administrative
duties for the Council.
The hours of the
post are 15 per week worked from 09:30 to 12:30 Mondays to Fridays.
Included will be weekend working and attending evening meetings as
and when necessary. Salary for the post will be NJC Grade 2 Points
10/13 with the actual salary range being £5,624 to £6,261. Annual
leave will be equivalent to 22 days (27 after five years’
service).
Applicants will
need to be able to prioritise their workload to fulfil set
deadlines and flexibility will be an essential element of the
job.
