HARGRAVE KEEP-FIT
Every session starts at 7.30pm and costs just £1.
We have a good mix of exercises, something for every part of the body (sometimes even for parts you haven’t felt for years), all performed to lively music. It is a really friendly group, there is no pressure of competition and you don’t have to be already fit to join. Apart from everything else, we keep our laughing muscles fit. So please, do come along and give it a go!
Make your good intentions a reality. If you always wanted to get fitter and take some exercise, now is a great time to start. It only costs £1 per session and all proceeds go towards Hall funds. Come along and see how much fun it is. We have new music and new exercises – all we need now are a few new faces.

Monday Afternoon Bowls

The stalwarts of the afternoon session continued to turn out in the snow to combat cabin fever! Others are always welcome to come along from 2.00pm -4.00pm every Monday at the Village Hall. No previous experience necessary (as new comers will tell you!)
