Community Wildlife Area

In June 2006 the Parish Council leased a piece of land next to the Church for Community use.  Various options were discussed for the use of this land and after consultations with the people of Herringswell, the result was that the majority of people wanted it to be a wildlife area for everyone to enjoy.

In November 2006 work started on clearing the area, see photos below of some Herringswell Parishioners hard at work!
