Holton St Peter Community Primary School lies in the heart of
Holton village. It was built in the 1850s and enlarged in 1914. The
school has been holding its 150th Anniversary this year.
The school currently has over 90 children aged from 4 to 9 on
its roll. It has been awarded an Arts Mark Gold, an ‘Eco’ school
award and in a recent Ofsted report it was awarded the highest
grade in most categories. At the age of 9 most children currently
move on to Halesworth Middle School.
