The Mid Suffolk
District Council Core Strategy Development Plan Document has been
accepted by the Council.
The adopted Core Strategy and
related documentation are available on Mid Suffolk's website

www.midsuffolk.gov.uk.
Hunston is now classified as
Countryside and as such loses its settlement boundary. Infill is to
be prevented so that development will only be permitted in
exceptional circumstances. Such exceptions might be for affordable
housing where a local need is identified or small scale employment
that can be operationally justified and where these developments
cannot be met in a more sustainable
location.
