About Us
The River Lark is the southern boundary of the parish and can be crossed by three bridges. Temple Bridge is at the end of West Street and leads to the village of Tuddenham passing through Cavenham Nature Reserve, the bridge and surrounding area are  reputed to be haunted by a headless horseman. Farthing Bridge is on the road to Cavenham from The Street and the main bridge is on the A1101 south into  Lackford Parish. We have many fine examples of thatched properties including pubs , churches and farms. The Ickneild way is our north eastern boundary and the A11 to the north completes the triangle The Old School is now used as a Community Centre. The only surviving shop is at the back of the Plough public house and the hall has been replaced with housing.
