Jane Basham, Director of ISCRE, has an extensive training portfolio, applying human resource policy and strategy in a practical and common-sense manner.  She is able to de-mystify the complexities of employment law for managers and supervisors.  With full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) Jane has a strong management backpground, having worked across the UK.  This work spanned both the public and private sectors.  More recently, as Personnel Manager for the Suffolk COnstabulary, Jane led it to become the top performing police service in th Uk in Human Resource Management Terms - specifically focusing on Black and Minority Ethnic recruitment and retention, sickness reduction and female under-representation issues.

Audrey Ludwig, our Race Equality Officer, has extensive legal expertise and is a qualified solicitor (not practising).  She is currently a Non-Executive Director at Ipswich Primary Care Trust and has experience of advocating for people with Mental Health and HIV/Aids; appeals tribunals. and advice on Disability Discrimination.
