Aims to provide a multi agency and community forum to address
issues around homophobic and transphobic incidents by:-
- Investigating and monitoring the extent and nature of incidents
of homophobia and transphobia and making recommendations
- Developing and implementing a range of strategies aimed
at:
- Preventing homophobic and transphobic harrassment
- Assisting victims of homophobic and transphobic harassment
- Tackling under-reporting of incidents
- Identifying and implementing good practice
- Monitoring and evaluating the work of the group
