By reporting homophobic/transpobic incidents.

"A Homophobic/Transpohbic Incident is any incident which is perceived to be homophobic or transphobic by the victim or any other person"

The terms homophobic and transphobic relate to actions motivated by prejudice towards lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgendered people.

You can help reduce incidents by reporting any homophobic or transphobic incidents that you have either experienced or witnessed to :-
