CHURCH

The 14th Century Church of St Lawrence Lackford sits on a slight rise on the edge of the village. Access is from Holden Road.  This beautiful building contains many unusual features and carvings including a 14c font.

Lackford Parish is part of the Lark Valley Benefice.

Collection day is Monday alternating black bin one week, blue and brown the next.

Rodney Crabb delivers milk and other foodstuffs to the village on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

FISH AND CHIPS

Ron's mobile fish and chip van stops in the Street and in Old Bury Road (Bus shelter) on Wednesdays between 7:00 and 7:30pm.

MOBILE LIBRARY

Fortnightly on a Sunday 12:50 to 1:15 pm. the library pulls up by the telephone box on Old Bury Road.
