Welcome to the Lawshall Parish Council
website |
Lawshall Village is halfway between Sudbury and Bury St.
Edmunds, about a mile off the A134. The population is approximately
between 900 and 1000.
When you reach the first part of the village, you pass the Swan
Public House, All Saints Church, and All Saints Primary
School. In the second part of the village there is The Glebe
Estate, Playground and the Village Hall. Visitors to the village
for the first time, often think they have missed their destination
if it is in the 'second' part of the village.
Lawshall is unusual in that we have three Churches, All Saints C of
E, The Free Church and the Roman Catholic
Church. | |
