AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty)
Much of the land within the parishes is designated AONB and is
looked after by the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths Unit in partnership
with landowners and conservation agencies.

The field was gifted to the village by Felix Clement Smith in
1982. Church Field is now managed by the Parish Council.

roads and footpaths.

Registered under the Marine Conservation Society, we organise
periodic ‘litter-picks’ on the North bank of the River Orwell
between Levington Marina and Nacton.
