Much of the land within the parishes is designated AONB and is looked after by the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths Unit in partnership with landowners and conservation agencies.

Church Field / Pilots’ Way

The field was gifted to the village by Felix Clement Smith in 1982. Church Field is now managed by the Parish Council.
