History:

The first show was in 1956, after donations of £44.6s.0d were donated by some parishioners and Fisons Ltd.

Over the years the venue has changed between Levington Village Hall, The White House, Church Field, Broke Hall and now back at the Village Hall.

In addition to organising the Flower Show, the Committee have held open garden afternoons at Levington Hall and regularly arrange the village scarecrow festival [on one successful occasion in partnership with the Parochial Church Council church flower festival].

An annual Harvest Supper is held in the Autumn to which the whole village is invited.

Altogether over £3,000 has been donated to various charities including: Scanner Appeal, Nacton Sports Pavilion, Church Roof and Gates, Heathside Special School, Suffolk Air Ambulance and the Village Hall.
