WOMEN’S INSTITUTE
Formed in 1961, Levington W.I. has always had a steady membership
of 20 – 25 members and a meeting is organised almost every month
(not August), usually in the Village Hall.
Apart from the very varied meetings, specific events have been
organised such as The May Fair, a cake stall at the Autumn Fair and
the Over 60’s Christmas Party. We also enter the Suffolk Show
competitions (receiving very good marks) and organise various
outings including a mystery trip or a visit to the theatre.
We offer a warm and friendly welcome to new members and visitors
to the village.
