Bus Timetable

The163 Bus Service runs through the village to Ipswich and Felixstowe, Monday to Saturday.
From Levington into Ipswich, the bus takes the back road to Nacton, through Nacton and then via Felixstowe Road to Sainsbury's at Warren Heath; then it continues on Felixstowe Road down Bishop's Hill to the Old Cattle Market bus station.

The 75 and 76 service buses run along the Old A45 between Ipswich and Felixstowe at approximately 15 min intervals. For current timetable visit: Traveline East Anglia website

Train services

Trains run from Ipswich Station approximately every 30 minutes to London (75 mins). Allow 25 mins for the car ride to the station.

Felixstowe Community Car Scheme (FACTS)

FACTS run a Community Car Scheme for the elderly, disabled and infirm, whereby those who need transport into Felixstowe can ring for a suitably trained volunteer driver, who would provide the transport.  The service is not free but is subsidised and is more user friendly and cheaper than the equivalent taxi ride, as the volunteers receive only their expenses. They can take wheel-chairs. They also arrange weekend excursions and evenings at the theatre.
