Management

The Village Hall is owned by the village, has Charitable Trust Status, and is managed by the Trustees:

Treasurer: Stephen Rackham

Other Trustees: David Pryke [Parish Council], David Long [Flower Show Committee], Pat Owen [Womens’ Institute], Jo Wenham [Luncheon Club], Caroline Young [Mothers Union + Gardening Club]

Facilities

The Village Hall measures 5.75m (19ft) by 12.75m (41ft) and is suitable for entertaining up to about 50 people at tables and 65 for a talk / lecture (There is a drop-down screen and a hearing loop). There is ramp access and a disabled toilet.

The refurbished kitchen is spacious with good cookers, warming cupboard, dishwasher and refrigeration. It has a serving hatch onto the main room. There is sufficient crockery and cutlery for 50 and tea cups for 65.

Hiring Cost

The Village Hall is available for hiring to residents and those who live outside the village.

A fee is charged per session (Morning / Afternoon / Evening):

£15.00 per session for Residents

£20.00 per session for outside hirers.
