The Parish Council welcomes all new residents to our parishes with a free ‘Welcome Pack’, which we designed and produce ourselves. The A5 Polyfile Wallet with separate inserts is a useful way of saying ‘Welcome to Levington and Stratton Hall’ and of making that initial contact, which is always done in person by a member of the Parish Council.

The Welcome pack includes:

• A warm welcome from the Parish Chairman and Parish Council
• A ‘get to know’ your Parish Councillors and Parish Clerk
• Details of the Parish Council Meetings
• Details of village organisations, such as the WI, Luncheon Club, Gardening Club, Monday morning coffee mornings etc.
• Useful local telephone numbers for the Police, Local Youth Organisations, Playgroup, Local MP, Clergy and Schools etc.
• Information on local deliveries of goods and services
• The latest Parish Council newsletter
• The current bus timetable and Mobile Library dates
• The latest Church Magazine
• A copy of the Church Guide and floodlighting sponsorship form
• Notes on refuse collection days/times
• An introduction to the Ship Inn and its opening times.
• Booklets on ‘Days Out’ and ‘What’s On’ in Suffolk and local museums.
