Postcard of The Street about 100 years ago
The postcard of "Little Bealings Street" shows the top of The Street and the gate-house to the Manor House. The gatehouse still stands today as an extended family home - you will find it just opposite the entrance to All Saints Church. This postcard and the picture of "Rosemead" shows that The Street has not changed much in 100 years.

Village Hall - the old one
Old Village Hall - opposite School in Sandy Lane. Below is a photo of the old Village Hall (a recycled first world war army hut) which was to be found on the left of Sandy Lane just opposite Bealings school. The old hut was demolished in the late 1950s when a new hall was built at the top of The Street. The new hall celebrated its 50th anniversary on 12th May 2007.
