Background to Trade & Grow

ATT was originally founded by Mark Eastall in 1989. As a construction industry specialist he recognised the need for tailor made intensive courses for those disadvantaged in the labour market and teamed up with Maria Collins and Colin Bush in November 2007. Within the first year they became a prestigious HSBC Start Up Stars Award Regional Winner, an accredited OCN assessment centre and moved in to a central Norwich base.

Mow & Grow had already established national award winning credentials including Enterprise of The Year 2006 and 2007, Pride of the East 2007, Social Enterprise Mentor of the Year 2007 and the ARCH Awards 2008 (Association of Retained Council Housing).

This innovative partnership provides a unique training opportunity for the East of England. The collective skills and dynamic entrepreneurial approach makes Trade & Grow … training in all trades.. the most exciting opportunity for those disadvantaged in the labour market for many years. Trade & Grow is both aspirational and inspirational for all the learners who pass though our doors. Our learners receive receive real skills, real qualifications, real jobs for a real wage….
