A deposit per booking is payable;
the amount will vary depending on nature of hire. PLEASE SEND
CHEQUE (payable to Yoxford Village Hall) FOR HIRE AND CASH
DEPOSIT to the Booking Secretary as shown on the attached hiring
charge sheet. Receipt and confirmation of booking(s) will
follow.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the
hire fee will be charged for any booking which is cancelled within
10 days of the booking date.
Alcoholic drinks can be served
only from the purpose built bar off the main hall. Kitchens are to
be used only for the preparation of food.
I acknowledge that I shall be
responsible for enforcing the no smoking law and settlement of any
fines or other judicial proceedings arising from a breach of this
law during the period of hire.
