The Quota Club Scheme

 

 

The purpose of the QUOTA CLUB SCHEME is to offer those hirers who expect to be using the Village Hall on a regular basis, to do so at a very much reduced rate.

 

To enable the Village Hall Management Committee to offer these reductions all QUOTA CLUB MEMBERS are expected to comply with the following conditions:

 

1. Each club may purchase a key to let members in and to lock up after functions. Please ensure that ALL doors and windows are secure, and that all lights, water taps and heating appliances are switched off.

2. The Quota Club chair or representative shall enforce the no smoking law within village hall premises and shall be responsible for settlement of any fines or other judicial proceedings arising from a breach of this law occurred during the period of hire.

3. Quota Clubs are expected to clear up the Hall after use. The premises should be left in a clean condition, thus avoiding the cost of a cleaner having to attend after each session CLUBS NOT COMPLYING WITH THIS REQUIRE MENT WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE.

4. All Quota Clubs are expected to run a stall at the Summer and Christmas Fete which is held to raise funds to help maintain the Hall. CLUBS NOT WILLING, OR UNABLE, TO RUN A STALL SHALL PAY £25.00 TOWARDS HALL FUNDS.

5. All Quota Clubs are to be represented at the A.G.M. and are further expected to send a representative to Management Committee meetings at least once every three months.

6. Any damage to the Hall caused during your function shall be reported to the Management Committee at once, and all wilful damage must be paid for by the Quota Club concerned.

7. The cost of Quota Club registration will be £25.00 per year, and membership runs from 1 October in any year.
